In order to serve our customers in a more streamlined and efficient manner, KorGou utilizes a support ticket system. Through this system, not only you can browser the knowledge base, but also submit your support ticket. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number and processed in an integrated manner. You may directly reply the notification email or log into the support system to track the progress and communicate with our staff, whereever you are and whatever device you are using.
